Where Scientific Expertise Meets Lived Experience to Make Thriving a Skill, not A State.
Academic, researcher, educator, speaker, and consultant
My work explores the science of thriving: how people strengthen their inner capacity, build safer relationships, and transform adversity into advantage. I approach thriving not as a fleeting state, but as a learnable skill - one that can be developed through evidence-based practices that build psychological fitness. Through research, workshops, speaking, and consulting, I explore, educate, and empower individuals and organizations to build psychological fitness - the capacity to thrive.
Translating science to strategy for meaningful change
Most approaches treat thriving as a state to be achieved rather than a skill to be developed. They focus on reducing stress instead of building capacity. They offer band-aids when organizations need frameworks. That's the problem I'm working to solve.
As a researcher specializing in how people thrive at and through work, I founded the Multidisciplinary International Network of Thriving in 2019 to bring together researchers and practitioners worldwide to advance this work.
With over a decade of experience as an academic, researcher, and educator across Australia and Singapore, I partner with individuals, organizations, and communities to translate science into strategy - applying evidence-based design, data, and dialogue to create meaningful change.

Industry
I work with leading organisations, designing and leading evidence-based programs and workshops that strengthen the conditions to thrive at work e.g., psychological safety, mindfulness, and sustainable performance.

Interested in working with me?
I’ve spent the last decade investigating what shapes a person’s well-being.
We spend so much of our waking adult lives at work, so I’m especially interested in the interplay between work and non-work. My work explores all the different research-backed ways we can thrive at and through work.
This work is also deeply personal. My own experience of trauma has shaped the way I understand resilience, safety, and human potential - grounding my approach in both empathy and evidence.
If this is something that resonates with you or your organisation, I’d love to explore how we can work together.
Research meets reflection

I share evidence-based insights on wellbeing, connection, and psychological capacity, alongside personal reflections on what it means to live, work, and lead with awareness.
It’s a space for curiosity, courage, and conversations about how we can all expand our potential, together.
